Q: What are your shipping rate?
A: The cost of shipping every order is 20% of the total order cost. All order are sent via USPS priority and will only be shipped at the beginning of the week to ensure your plants will not sit at a shipping facility.

Q: When will my order ship?
A: All orders are shipped at the appropriate planting time for your regional climate. The general shipping season is March 1st -May 30th. You will receive a confirmation email with an approximate ship date. When your ship draws closer we will email you with a more precise ship date. It is hard to plan to far into the future as ship dates often depend on Mother Nature. We appreciate your understanding. Feel free to contact us to inquire further about your shipping date.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: All payments are made through Paypal. You do not need to have a paypal account in order to make a payment. Paypal will accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, a bank transfer or payment from your Paypal account.

Q: What is your order cancellation policy?
A: Orders may be canceled any time up thru March 15th. During shipping season (March 15-June 15 2010) orders may be canceled up to three days following order date.
