Description: 60 ft high with a equal to lesser spread. Red Maple is a strong wood. In the fall its leaf color will range from green to flaming orange. It has a red flower in late winter or early spring. Red Maple is very tolerant of all soils, but perfers slightly acid soils and does best in full sun. It has a moderate to fast growth rate and is great addition of color to a landscape.
